392d. Tue 17/4/18: The Yellow Rose Saloon, Tabernas, Almería, Spain

Beer: Cruzcampo 5.0%

Large dark wood pub on the main square of Mini Hollywood, which was originally a film set for one or more of Leone’s Spaghetti Westerns.

The Rose is situated within a tourist town, where actors play the parts of wild west people and are variously herded up, jailed/gaoled and recaptured. The kids loved it, though were a little bored by the time a hanging in the town square was re-enacted.

The pub’s a pleasant stop off and resembles a hipster bar in Homerton. Or a Sam Smith’s pub. There’s a can-can show is jolly, though seems to go on for ever.
